Carnea de porc se taie in bucati medii, se pune intr-o tava impreuna ca usturoiul taiat bucati mai mari, se stropeste cu ulei de masline, [...]</div>]]></description>

<div>- carne de porc (1kg),</div>
<div>- o capatana de usturoi,</div>
<div>- jumatate de litru de vin,</div>
<div>- ulei de masline(sau de floarea soarelui) <span id="more-46"></span></div>

<blockquote style="text-align: left;"><p>Carnea de porc se taie in bucati medii, se pune intr-o tava impreuna ca usturoiul taiat bucati mai mari, se stropeste cu ulei de masline, se condimenteaza dupa gust, se adauga vinul si se lasa cateva minute ca aromele sa patrunda carnea.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote style="text-align: left;"><p>Inainte de a baga totul la cuptor se adauga si o cana de apa si se lasa totul la foc mic.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote style="text-align: left;"><p>Se lasa 1ora si jumatate, sau mai mult, daca doriti o friptura crocanta.</p></blockquote>
<div style="text-align: left;">Se serveste cu cartofi prajiti, natur, taranesti, piure si cu muraturi.</div>
