			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Venim in ajutorul celor lipsiti de experienta in bucatarie, cu retete specifice Sarbatorii Invierii Domnului. Aceasta este una dintre ele, o mancare colorata ce il are la baza pe inocentul Vasilica (este vorba despre miel). <span id="more-86"></span></p>
<p>Pornim spre realizarea minunatei retete astfel: luam de la Vasilica 1kg de carne pe care o taiem cubulete si o prajim intr-o lingura de untura impreuna cu o ceapa taiata marunt, peste care se adauga o lingurita rasa de faina. Se amesteca bine fara a lasa cocoloase.</p>
<p>2kg de spanac: se curata de cozi, se spala in mai multe ape, se opareste(se scufunda in apa clocotita, nu se fierbe!), dupa care se scurge bine.</p>
<p>Se pun in cratita: spanacul, carnea, 1lingura de bulion, 1pahar de apa, sare dupa gust. Se acopera i se baga la cptor pentru jumatate de ora. Se mai poate adauga apa daca nu mai are de ajuns. Daca doriti puteti decora cu cateva felii subtiri de lamaie.</p>
